GYM LIFE

It’s so easy to go to the gym on the weekend when you’ve not been out in London for a couple of cocktails. I find my weekend lasts longer, I have no hangovers and I can easily cook a roast for the family without feeling slightly nauseous or knackered! I appreciate it so much more knowing I’ve done something good and I deserve all those goose fat potatoes, rich flavoured gammon and plenty of vegetables on my plate on a Sunday afternoon. Sundays are all about relaxing so light the candles, spend quality time with the people you love and treat yourself with good food.
